These High street lip products are defiantly worth a blog post , the blogging community are raving about these so i new i had to try them out , when boots had there 3 for 2 offer it was even more of a excuse to buy them , i purchased Raspberry Pie & Creme Brulee a nude and pinkie burgundy , these lip products have the consistency of a lip balm and the color of a lipstick GENIUS . There very nourishing & keep your lips moisturized and smooth , the pigment is amazing and i would defiantly put some of the darker colors up there with a lipstick pigment , the color is also build able so you can apply a light application to get a lighter paler color or a few to get a really strong bold lip.
Price:
They retail individual for £7.99 which i think its really cheap for such a good product , the lip butter has a slight vanilla smell to it although you cant smell it when it is on the lips.
Wearability:
It defiantly lasts along time and considering its a lip butter I don't particularly think it smudges , although it doesn't last all day and has to be re-applied
I will defiantly be re-purchasing this as i think its a great dub ( if not better than ) the Chanel Coco Rouge shine which retails for £24.99 so its defiantly worth the price saving.
Have you tried any of the Revlon lip butters?

Bad Apple
Bad Candy Apple have a released a new range of exclusive nail polishes and seeing as they were kind enough to send me one to review i thought i would share with you what i thought....
Natural light , no flash 2 coats ... no topcoat |
First off when I opened the package I was a bit disappointed with the color as on the leaflet showing all the other colors they stock where bright reds & peaches (my favorite) .I applied two coats and instantly loved the color after the second coat , its a deep brown which is really good for shorter chunkier hands as it elongates them , and it had a Pearlie finish of a deep burgundy glitter to be honest the pictures don't do it must justice . Their polishes do not contain camphor ( the ingredient that makes nail varnish taste yucky, although you shouldn't really eat it ) formaldehyde (toxic) toluene (solvent) or parabens (preservative) , Although the colors are lovely they don't stock a lot so the polishes are pretty limited they retail at £9.95 which i think is good for a professional polish but seeing as you can now buy Essie from Boots or Superdrug for £7.99 i do think it could be a bit cheaper I'am also not to keen on the packaging I don't think its very girly or colorful and in all honestly their logo doesn't particularly appeal to me , minus those minor things I think overall its a good product if you are interested in purchasing the above product or just want to have a snoop around you can do so here
* This product was sent to me free of charge by a PR company , but my opinion is completely honest and my own I always give a my followers my truthful opinion and my opinion will never be biased or swayed by any money or PR relationships*

Chanel Vitalumiere aqua
This is the only foundation i have ever re-purchased so its defiantly worth a blog post , being a complete and utter beauty geek , i just cant stick to a foundation even if i really like it , I'am always looking for the next beauty market hype , well let me tell you THIS is the beauty market hype and this is a foundation that cannot be replaced , once you've tried this everything else will seem ''cakey'' & heavy.
I have alot of redness that i have to cover |
This is after 1 coat and no primer ( which helps to counteract redness) and in natural lighting |
To describe this foundation i would probably use the words light as air , you step out of the house with the feeling of freshly washed skin , the main ingredient on the foundation is WATER ...yes water so it sits on the skin rather than going into the pores which is brilliant for anyone with skin problems , the coverage is said to be ''light to medium'' but i would say its more medium , its defiantly build-able and you can apply a few coats for more coverage ( and it still doesn't look cakey) , It was a yellow undertone which is brilliant for anyone who has redness or angry spots in their skin-tone as it counteracts the redness. The finish is matte/semi-matte so especially great for anyone with normal or oily skin but i have dry and i love it so i defiantly think its suitable for all skin types. It also contains a SPF 15 which is brilliant for any sun worshipers or people who like to protect there skin. This foundation costs £32 which may seem a bit steep but i can assure you it is WELL worth the money the light consistently allows you to be able to apply the smallest amount which can be spread over the entire face i find this lasts me around 2-3 Months , I can tell you that as a lover of this foundation i have tried so many duplicates and none stand up to this , i have tried applying with a brush & also my fingers and find that it is much better applied with the fingers.
Formula: This foundation has to be to shaken well before applying it. Once you squirt it out the consistency is a very thin liquid.
Coverage: The coverage is sheer. If you just want to cover redness and not any serious acne then this foundation is great for you. It looks very natural & is matte/semi-matte
Longevity: This foundation lasts a long time on me, although that is subject to a person's skin type. I have dry skin so I typically don't have a problem with fading foundation. I don't normally set this foundation with powder as its matte/semi-matte and i absolutely love the finish
Scent: It smells really strong and floral while you apply it. I absolutely love the smell, but it doesn't irritate my skin ( which is sensitive) and I don't notice it after I'm done applying.
Shade: I use 50 Beige , The shade ''names'' have changed to just numbers but i believe beige 50 is ''Beige Sienna'' this is my summer shade and in the winter i use B40 which was previously known as ''Beige Dessert''

The ''New'' Bar
I have been using this shampoo religiously for about a year and thought it was about time I shared my thoughts with you , If you feel that your hair takes along tim to grow then then this is something worth trying , I was recommended this about a year ago when all the stress of my old job caused me to get stress induced alopecia it started as a small pea of ''no hair'' right in the center of my head and within a couple of months had grown to the size of half a apple , now as you can imagine with a situation like that you can't win .... you're hair falls out because your stressed and then you stress more because your hairs falling out , I was recommended by someone in the blogging community to try the new bar as it is recommended by the NHS for cancer patients suffering from hair loss from their treatment , I tried a dozen creams from the doctor and nothing seemed to work so it was worth a try . within 2 weeks of using it I could notice a difference I didn't lose anymore hair and it started to grow back since then I haven't used anything else , I really think its helped my hair to grow back & carried on to help it grow and for £5.25 i think its worth a try if your wanting to grow your hair .
The smell is divine really spicy with lots of cinnamon and also contains nettle peppermint and rosemary to stimulate the blood flow to the scalp to help nourish the hair , if you don't have a local Lush you can order online here
Have any of you tried it yet ?
